The property is spacious, very well appointed and calm. It is situated quite near to a fairly busy road yet there is no noise to be heard when you are inside the flat. Everything was very clean with good quality bed-linen and towels. The parking was very generous with plenty of parking spaces.
The power shower is very luxurious and you can have use of the kitchen should you wish, although there are very good restaurants and an excellent fish and chip shop nearby.

The hosts were excellent with clear and precise instructions for every thing. The location to the public transport. The hosts went an extra mile to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

It was like a home away from home! Just what I needed. It was a very easy and safe walk to Old Kent Road bus stops which gave me access to lots of direct (and cheap) buses. There were movies available to relax with in my down time, kitchen to cook in, supermarkets close by, (Lidl) was right near the bus stop, there was a lime e bike parking station right near the blocks of units, if you are a Parkrun fanatic - Southwark and Burgess are walking distance. The washing machine and dryer were extremely appreciated. Everything was clean and pleasantly furnished. Lots of space to unpack too. The other residents were barely seen or heard. All the tourist stuff could be accessed in an hour or less of public transport and the occasional Uber didn’t break the bank!! Highly recommend for singles or couples wanting to stay near London without the massive price tag for hotels etc.

The apartment was beautiful – clean, stylish, and felt like the kind of place I'd want as my own! The instructions provided made check-in super easy and stress-free. Great location too – peaceful and well connected. Also, I appreciated the quirky decor with the anime figurines, the smart lights to set the mood, the projector, and everything! Sad I didn't book for longer to be honest, but definitely one to book again later in the summer!

Location was perfect for us visiting family in the area. Having a bit of outside space in the hot weather was a real bonus as well. Would definitely book again.
The Clarendon overlooks historic Blackheath and Greenwich Park as well as views of London and offers a village atmosphere just 15 minutes' from central London by train.
