I've stayed at least 6 times at CitizenM Victoria. I LOVE it. It offers one of the best locations in central London, the hotel is modern, beautiful and the rooms are very comfortable and well designed. Everytime I stay at CitizenM Victoria I'm also surprised by the staff. They are ALL amazing and go the extra mile for you.
