The hotel staff is wonderful, very nice and very helpful. If you forgot your plug adapter you will find it at the reception. The location of the hotel is a very big plus, close to the palace, metro and restaurants. the district is very safe. It was my first time in this hotel but definitely not the last.

Having stayed last year, I couldn't wait to return. My expectations were exceeded yet again. The surroundings are so calming and super luxurious. However, it's the staff that set this hotel apart with their incredible service, welcome and attention to detail. Can't wait to return!
