The hotel staff is wonderful, very nice and very helpful. If you forgot your plug adapter you will find it at the reception. The location of the hotel is a very big plus, close to the palace, metro and restaurants. the district is very safe. It was my first time in this hotel but definitely not the last.

Would recommend opting for a room with a view which is totally worth it.

Very comfortable studio apartment. Everything was new! Comfortable bed, all kitchen supplies that I needed was there. Nice location by the pittoresque Grand Union Canal. Close to the underground and a Sainsbury Local. And best of all, the swimming pool! Did some swim practice every day. There’s also a good gym and a yoga studio.
