I liked the hospitality of the staff members. I also liked how responsive and kind everybody was. I was there for a conference responsible also for the organizations. The banquet management staff especially Leslie and Michael were exceptionally helpful and flexible. We requested a different conference room that fits our need better and there was no issue with it. We were at meeting room Volta and I would like to say thank you for the ladies that were responsible for our coffee breaks, for attending our needs. But also, the staff at breakfast and lunch were exceptionally attentive, helpful and kind. The food was delicious. Thank you for the chefs for this experience. My room was always spotless and clean and when requesting and ironing board and an iron Helen came to my room to hand them over to me. She was very nice and kind and helpful with me.

Everyone was so welcoming when we arrived. They allowed us a late check out as our flight home was in the evening. All the staff we encountered were fab, especially the manager Ali and Clement, Michael & Bismark. The rooms were clean and well stocked with supplies. Breakfast was a feast, and dinner at the restaurant was delicious and well priced. The hotel definitely holds it own against others, including 5 stars in the area. I would highly recommend checking it out.

The hotel staff did everything to make our stay comfortable. The hotel and the room are in perfect condition, with a pool available too. The location is also in a very accessible location - close to the airport, not far from other parts of Accra and able to access the motorway to the wider region.

The apartments were very nice with all the facilities you need all rooms ensuite. Anything we needed was sorted. Great location. Based on nice area you can get to most places in Accra via taxi. The complimentary airport pick up was a nice touch. Very helpful staff.
