The scenery from the top-floor room is fantastic. I used to check out the Parthenon from my window at different times of the day, bathed in different sunlight. The hotel is modern, very stylish and perfectly positioned within walking distance of everything, and yet away from the crowd. Staff members are very welcoming. There is always a nice treat and refreshment served in the reception hall. Breakfast is very nice - small samples of a large variety of very high-quality food. And the view from the restaurant!!!

Everything was perfect. Very clean room, modern furniture, and a well-equipped apartment. Great neighborhood, close to the Acropolis but on a quieter street. There are tram and metro stops nearby. The owners are very kind and helpful. We received useful tips on nearby stores, restaurants, bars, and shops. If we come to Athens again, we’ll definitely stay here!

Marioz goes above and beyond to ensure his guests feel comfortable and it truly made our stay a good one. We arrived via a late flight and he awaited our arrival at the apartment, as well he was happy to allow us to check out late which was really appreciated. It’s a great clean apartment and we enjoyed catching the afternoon sun on the balcony after a big day exploring. The apartment is super close to the metro and walkable to the sights if you are feeling up to it.

Everything was amazing. The apartment was in a quiet area but also not far away from the main attractions like the Acropolis and Plaka. The host was really great and super responsive. He even let us check in earlier as we arrived in the morning. :) There was a washing machine and a hairdryer and everything you need for a week’s stay. I would definitely recommend this place for others visiting Athens. AC’s in every room which also worked perfectly.
