I loved everything about this hotel. At first sight - we just thought that everything was beautiful and clean. But then we realized that this hotel really cares about their guests and the service is really out of this world. Chris, that was in the reception majority of the time that we stayed there, always aimed for us to have the best time even though it rained while we stayed in the hotel for a majority of our visit. She and her colleagues always greeted us with smiles, giving us tips about where to go and how to get to those places. I know that it doesn’t sound like it’s anything more than ”regular” service, but when you meet people that treat you so good as they treated us in a 5-star hotel (and mind you - that doesn’t happen often since we mainly stay at 5-star hotels) then you appreciate the whole trip in a complete other way. Also, me and my boyfriend have worked within hospitality and service during the majority of our careers and we know that good service takes energy and commitment. If the manager of this hotel sees this review - please tell everybody on your team how great they are! Because we will be back in the fall again (booked another visit day 2 of our stay). And (!) not to forget to mention the spa. I got a treatment from Maria Hanaroli down at the spa and it was amazing! If you stay at the hotel make sure to get a treatment with her to make your trip even more luxurious.

Amazing hotel, we were very happy with our stay. We visited offseason (beginning of January). We upgraded to a room on a third floor (close to reception). The room was very spacious, we had a balcony facing the sea which was exposed to the evening sun, there is a steamshower-hammam built into the room. The hotel is a bit far from Chania old town, but the walk takes about 20 minutes and is completely walkable by the seaside, which was a beautiful walk and most of the time full of bars and cafes. In addition, the lunch and dinner menu in the hotel was super high quality and delicious so we dined there twice. We also used the gym, pool and big hammam - great experience. Recommended for high quality relaxing experience.

Katerina is an amazing host, very friendly and helpful. She waited for us with homemade cake, Greek coffee, cold water and refreshments in the fridge. She made us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment is spotless, very clean, equipped with all needed facilities, the dishes are new and very clean. The area is quiet, very close to the sea and a nice promenade to walk in the evening. Is approx 2km away from the old center but if you don't want to walk the buss is 2 min away. We will definitely come back! Thank you for everything

The apartment was very beautiful, everything was new and clean. We found everything we needed to cook some dinners at home. We were not great fans of the location, because it's almost 30 minutes from the city center by foot, and with a stroller and the heat it was quite uncomfortable. However, Chania and Halepa are a short drive to some nice beaches.

George was super responsive and helpful both when we booked and arrived. The apartment was even better than the photos. It was lovely and spacious and everything you would need for a break. The welcome basket on arrival was a great addition as our flight arrived late in the evening. The apartment is well located in a quiet area, which felt very save to walk around at night, with a lovely bakery and mini market just a short walk away. There were a number of lovely restaurants also within 5-10 minute walk. The apartment has a balcony on all sides so you had the sun or shade depending on what you wanted. The small rocky beach just beside the apartment was welcome on hot days. The walk to the old town is about 20-25 minute but there is a bus stop near the apartment or local taxi services were responsive. Thank you to George for being a wonderful host and we hope to return again in the future.

Wonderful and friendly hosts! The apartment is situated on the first floor, the view is really breathtaking . Quiet and silent, there is no traffic ( in the morning and evening , during the day we were out). Comfortable bed . Within 10-15 minute walk there is a pebbly beach with a bay where you can swim. Next to the beach there is a wonderful bakery/cafe with fresh tasty products and delicious coffee. A beautiful church worth visiting in the neighbourhood. Bus stop very near, where you can easily go to Chania and to the airport. Parking space easy to find near to the apartment.
