The entire team went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, always ready to assist with a warm smile and helpful advice. They truly made us feel like VIP guests. The location of the hotel was perfect. Nestled in a traditional Santorini cave house, it offered both privacy and a unique, authentic experience. The property location is perfect! The views from the outside terrace are stunning! This place is huge and spacious! As soon as you open the front door, there’s a blue dome church right in front, so beautiful! Elizabeth, the hostess, picked us up from the port. She gave us many recommendations prior our arrival to make our stay easy! Very helpful, very sweet and gave us her own personal number in case we needed anything. She had a porter take our luggage to the room bc there’s so many stairs in all of Santorini. Location was excellent, a 3 min walk to the panoramic views from Oia castle and also to Ammoudi Bay.
