The property was amazing, with an unreal view, very clean and also private unlike other places in this area. Close to all restaurants and with a very helpful host. He even let us use the jacuzzi at the room nearby due to a last minute cancellation.

Gabbiano Traditional Cave Houses was a dream come true! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the host Irini she spent time with us letting us know all the hints and tips of the island and all her restaurant recommendations were amazing. But what absolutely sold this place was the stunning caldera views from the balcony and roof top jacuzzi - I have never loved a hotel as much as I did this one. The location was perfect close enough to Oia that you could walk in and explore in the morning before the huge crowds arrived and then in the afternoon relax in the privacy of your villa enjoying the views and beautiful sunset. Hand down the best hotel ever!!!!

The suite was amazing! The room was minimal, built in natural cave, the bed was comfortable. The best thing about it was the view and the pool, it is overlooking both the town of Oia and the sea, and is absolutely private, with no other hotel paths going around it. The staff were also amazing, they even arranged a floating breakfast for us, the service was absolutely impeccable. We would definitely return here when we go back to Santorini!
