This hotel was very impressive, from the entrance to the room. It is 10 stars hotel. The workers at the entrance are very welcoming, helpful, and always smiling. A lady will guide you to the elevator, and then at reception, well-trained staff handle your booking efficiently. I was upgraded to a room for a small charge, but the view was marvelous. The room was clean, with a great atmosphere, unique design, and the facilities exceeded expectations. The food is excellent, and everyone is made to feel welcome. The service experience is unforgettable—something that can't be easily described. In Hong Kong, no hotel is better than the Ritz-Carlton. When I return, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Located a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and practically next to East Tsim Sha Tsui MTR entrance. The friendliness of the hotel staff left us speechless. All the rooms have been refurbished to a top standard during the pandemic. We booked a suite with stunning views of Victoria Harbour which came with access to a beautiful lounge on level 45. We’re lucky enough to be a well travelled family but this place is truly one of a kind. 100% recommended.
