Everything. It is a rare find in Hong Kong. The room is basic yet comfortable and well equipped, with very comfortable bed. The room is spacious compared with average hotel rooms in Hong Kong. The balcony with sea view is a huge plus if you are someone who enjoys fresh air and sun. The location is perfect for enjoying the island life--right at the beach and along one of the hiking trial. All the staff are super nice and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel. Very good money for value.

Location, service and amenities are top notch. Staying here you are steps away from major tourists attractions, public transpirt and avoid tourist crowds of Kowloon side.
Victoria harbour views from the room are stunning day and night.
