We lived everything about the ICON Hotel. I travel regularly to Hong Kong on business and have stayed in hotels on the island twice the price and even then, the ICON Hotel in many ways was better. The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, the rooms very well laid out, great views and everything we needed for a relaxing trip.

Location, location, location...close to Star Ferry terminal, eating places, shops, public transport. Room bigger than most in HK...good value for money for family configuration room compared to others in the vicinity. Daily cleaning, very little intrusion by staff. We thought it excellent.
