The bedrooms were of an excellent standard, had all the amenities and the views were stunning Access to the swimming pool was simple enough Breakfast buffet was brilliant - variety, the amount and the taste! Staff extremely helpful at all levels - reception, valets, cleaners and concierge. Getting a taxi was so easy directly outside of the hotel and staff helped getting in and out With the shopping mall, and access to the other malls in the vicinity straight out of the hotel, it made for a brilliant experience and all within air conditioned accessways

I have been here before, and would definitely stay here again if I travel to Hong Kong. The staff (including cleaning staff) has been very helpful despite my many questions and requests. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, amazing view and quiet. The location is the main reason we booked here, you can not get any more closer the shopping areas and various transport.
