This property was perfect for me and my three friends all in our late 20's. Although it would be ideal for anyone travelling to Dubrovnik. A family, a couple (young or older), and friends it would suit everyone. The location was perfect- a minute minute to get to the main square inside the city walls. The property was modern, spacious and comfortable. For such a great price we could not believe how lucky we got. Would also recommend the restaurant 'Dundo Maroje' just outside the property entrance.

Nije Preša Apartments is located within the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Dubrovnik, only a short walk from the popular Stradun Promenade.

Perfect location. Although in the middle of the old town, the apartment is situated in a very quiet corner where hardly any tourists come. The terrace is beautiful, with views of parts of the old town and city walls. The host Robert was incredibly kind and provided tips for the stay in Dubrovnik, as well as offering complimentary luggage storage on the day of departure.

The apartment was fully equipped ( even a cork screw). Located in a quiet back street near the high point in the old town- behind the enthological museum. It has its own garden & terrace- great for hot nights ( a private oasis)- & a "getaway" from the crowds..Great bathroom area as well. Has a keylock box system for entry, so there is no personal contact with the owner- unless required- who is easy to contact & is most helpful.

When planning a Dubrovnik holiday, you should; We decided whether we wanted to stay in the new city or the old city. We chose to stay here because our aim was to visit the old city surrounded by walls rather than beaches. When we left, we realized once again that; We chose a great location as a location, we were officially in the middle of the old city. After entering, we fell in love with the stone walls of the old building where we stayed. The room had all the equipment we would need. room and bathroom were very clean.
