This property was perfect for me and my three friends all in our late 20's. Although it would be ideal for anyone travelling to Dubrovnik. A family, a couple (young or older), and friends it would suit everyone. The location was perfect- a minute minute to get to the main square inside the city walls. The property was modern, spacious and comfortable. For such a great price we could not believe how lucky we got. Would also recommend the restaurant 'Dundo Maroje' just outside the property entrance.

Nije Preša Apartments is located within the UNESCO-listed Old Town of Dubrovnik, only a short walk from the popular Stradun Promenade.

Ines was amazing. She arranged a transfer from thr airport and waited for us at the entrance to the old town to walk us to the apartment. Gave us great advice where to eat and what to do. Location was exceptional, with not many stairs to reach the apartment. Apartment was super clean and comfortable with beautiful authentic decor. Even sofa bed was big and very comfortable. There was coffee, tea and cedevita that was refilled the next day. There was also a daily cleaning service, which we did not except, since we only stayed for two nights. Since we had a late flight we were able to store the luggage until our transport to the aiport. The apartment was well equped with everything you need for your stay. Ines, thank you again for everything.

Perfect location. Ensure that your driver drops you at the Pile Gate. Only a 200 m walk to the apartment (which is great as no vehicles are allowed in the Old Town). Beautifully furnished. Wonderful old building Excellent air con. Common area adds to feel of a larger place, with extra towels/iron etc on hand. We did not get to meet host but had excellent and responsive communication. The apartment is as advertised and in the heart of the old town - fortress. A walk of the fortress walls is a must. So close to everything in the old town - which was precisely the experience we wanted. Excellent instructions from host.

Our stay was outstanding, thanks to its proximity to the core zone old town and the peacefulness at night. The attic apartment was surprisingly spacious, clean, and well-priced, complete with a handy kitchenette for light meals. What made our experience truly memorable was our host, Pere. Despite needing to self-check-in, Pere ensured everything went smoothly and even stayed awake until we were settled in. Her generosity extended to gifting us painted eggs and treats for Easter. For future visits, this place will be our go-to choice for its comfort, location, and heartwarming hospitality.

Location, facilities, cleanliness. Nino, the host, answered all my questions and helped when needed. He even gave us a late check out which was so kind of him. Very comfy bed. Very peaceful. Everything you would need for a short stay is in the apartment including a decent hair dryer. The apartment is located in the old Town and probably a 3 min walk to the nearest restaurant. Be warned - if you struggle with steps and going uphill, Dubrovnik probably isn't for you. But it's a beautiful place, the people are great and there are so many bars and restaurants. Would also recommend the City Wall Walk and the Cable Car. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Facilities were top notch, staff were very accommodating. The laundry room downstairs was a plus point. Bathroom facilities were good especially the water pressures and very clean. Location super convenient too.
