I'll start by saying that staying in this room in Dubrovnik was my dream. And this apartment is very well suited for those visiting the city for the first time. It is an amazing place. It is a bit high up, but it is worth it. It takes about 15 minutes on foot from the main bus station to the old town. The very friendly hostess Zrinka greeted us, was very polite, and explained everything to us. The room had everything necessary. There is a kettle, clean towels, six in total, which is even more than usual. An amazing balcony with a wonderful view of the King's Landing. Highly recommend it to everyone. Many thanks to the hosts of the apartments for the wonderful stay in Croatia and Dubrovnik🖼️

I booked this property only for the view. The location guarantee the best view in Dubrovnik, also close to the old town(5 mins walk). The view was amazing day&night, room was modern and clean, host was super nice and friendly.

Superb location so near to the Old Town. Breakfast choices are amazing. The hotel is immaculate throughout and we love being able to swim in the sea from the lower patio area.

I love the view! It was also very easy to find! There were some stairs but not a lot and that is saying something as I was 28 weeks pregnant when I went 😆 very close to the beach, and the old town. Easy to walk to. The host was very nice and responds very fast. He organized a car for the airport and even assisted in the delivery of stuff we accidentally left behind. He was very accommodating.

Fantastic location, three minutes walk from Ploce Gate to the old town (albeit mostly steps as Dubrovnik is hilly!). Lovely apartment with bedroom & bathroom on ground floor (with the entrance) and spacious kitchenette/sitting room upstairs with a fabulous view & balcony. We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast on the balcony every day as it was so lovely. Comfy bed. Good sized wardrobe. Great communication with the host (I think she lived upstairs). The bathroom was quite small but with a good size shower. The cable car station is only a minute’s walk down the first few steps. We walked up the big hill for the incredible sunset over the islands (about 1hr 20 mins walk from apartment), then took the cable down & popped back to apartment for a shower & change for dinner. The old town has a huge choice of restaurants. This place is such a great location.
