The host Zoran was excellent in every way. He met us at the property and insisted on carrying our suitcases down the stairs leading to the property which was much appreciated. The apartment is beautiful and very tastefully fitted and furnished. The location is only a few minutes walk to old town and a beautiful beach. We would highly recommend staying at this beautiful apartment.

I booked this property only for the view. The location guarantee the best view in Dubrovnik, also close to the old town(5 mins walk). The view was amazing day&night, room was modern and clean, host was super nice and friendly.

Superb location so near to the Old Town. Breakfast choices are amazing. The hotel is immaculate throughout and we love being able to swim in the sea from the lower patio area.

Everything was beyond perfection! Fantastic location, three minutes walk from Ploce Gate to the old town (albeit mostly steps as Dubrovnik is hilly!). Lovely apartment with bedroom & bathroom on ground floor (with the entrance) and spacious kitchenette/sitting room upstairs with a fabulous view & balcony. We stayed 3 nights and had breakfast on the balcony every day as it was so lovely. Comfy bed. Good sized wardrobe. Great communication with the host (I think she lived upstairs). The bathroom was quite small but with a good size shower. The cable car station is only a minute’s walk down the first few steps. We walked up the big hill for the incredible sunset over the islands (about 1hr 20 mins walk from apartment), then took the cable down & popped back to apartment for a shower & change for dinner. The old town has a huge choice of restaurants. This place is such a great location.

The property is absolutely stunning with breathtaking views of the old town. It is modern and clean and the host Andrea was super helpful and tentative with all our needs and really went out of the way to make our trip the best. I can’t recommend this stay enough we had such a lovely time and so peaceful as it’s not bang in the middle of the old town. All the facilities were in amazing condition like hot shower etc.
