The welcome we received from Jelena at the apartment was great and the surprise bottle of wine, fruit and biscuits was fabulous as myself and my husband were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Jelena also helped us with our bags when we were leaving to go on our cruise. She went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

We were extremely satisfied with the accommodation, the cleanliness was at an exceptionally high level, and the location was perfect. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, spacious, and very comfortable. We will definitely come back again! Anita is an amazing host, kind, helpful, and always available if needed. The host received us and our puppy at the arrival with the keys and showed us around the apartment and gave us advice on some questions we had about the city and visiting around. The apartment was very comfortable and really well located (5 min walking to the Palace or the Port), on an historical building but refurnished on the inside. It had all the required commodities including AC which was much appreciated given the heat in Split.

Ideally situated in a central area of Split, Royal Suites-Sky is a recently renovated guest house, providing free WiFi and private parking.

Toni was a great host and welcomed us very nicely. We got a nice room with an amazing view just as wished it. He gave us all the informations we needed, helped with the luggage as we came. The location was very close to the center. They cleaned every day our room and kept it really super clean. They even renewed the coffee capsules every time for the free coffee machine which we had in our room. We really can't say anything bad, just positive vibes. For sure we would come again :-)
