It's clean, it's spacious, it costs only as much as a private room in some hostel. And it's a great location - you can walk to the Basilica, the Synagogue and there are excellent eateries nearby. One thing I did like was the washer+dryer - no need to step out for laundry. Super useful when doing longer trips. They have a refrigerator, heating, a coffee machine and also an induction plate if you need to cook.
Tram stop right across the street.
Highly, highly recommended.
