Arkamara is really a special place. From the time you step foot onto the premises, you are greeted warmly and your every need is tended to with meticulous care. The staff are absolutely phenomenal, every single one of them. The restaurant downstairs at the pool is excellent. The breakfasts are delicious and offers just the right amount of variety. The pool area is so tranquil and elegantly designed. Rooms are spacious and well thought out. I highly recommend that you check out the roof top bar. The vibe is great, cocktails delicious and again, the staff make it so special. The prices at these restaurants are also really reasonable. Some of the staff members who come to mind are Agus, Ayoo, Meeta, Geeta, Yanik, Narmada, Agung, Puja, Kadek and Risma. To be honest, every interaction with every staff member was special. We will definitely be returning to Arkamara. It is a special place. Thank you for giving us such special memories.

A beautiful spot in Penestanan! The gardens are gorgeous, the rooms were fabulous & the amenities first class!

Prama House is a villa located in Ubud in the Penestanan district, 1.8 km from Ubud Market. You can relax by the outdoor pool in the garden in fair weather.

The rooms feel quite new and, although simple, they have everything you need to feel comfortable. The pool is shared with the other villas. Overall, I think it was a great value for the cost. My special thanks go to the staff. We forgot a charger in our room, and the receptionist May was fantastic in arranging for us to retrieve it - she had it brought to a closer location so we could pick it up a few days later. We truly appreciated that. She also helped us organize a driver to the hotel, which we highly recommend booking. It's not possible to drive directly to the location by car; instead, they'd drive to a parking area and then transport us (and our luggage) to the hotel on motorcycles.

Very comfortable villa, a bit outdated, but they are renovating some of them now. Staff is exceptional. They went above and beyond to make our stay better. Helped us with scooter rental and tours on very good price. Also provide free shuttle to and from Ubud center. Every night they prepared our room for comfortable sleep, and were lighting anti mosquito sticks. Breakfast served in the villa.

The villa is lovely for a family with two young kids. The pool set up was nice and relaxing. Yana was an excellent and friendly host, brought us around as we signed up to package. Very flexible with our needs, stopping by supermarkets, stopped by ATM, etc. Lovely tour guide.
