place is exceptional. The 2 guys from reception Mehul and the other one were really prpfoessional and helpful,I Like their pool sp I went for a dive 2 hour after I checked in It was cold even the weather was so hot so it feels so refreshing that time.. the next morning I just didnt like the girl approach who is incharge in welcoming the guests in breakfast,I forgot her name,she needs rest I need to improve her way of dealing w the guest..but the manager in the restaurant, it was the other woman who approach each guest made sure we enjoyed our meal. All in all a reall 5 star stay.. kudos

They were packed through the weekend for the Coldplay concert, however they really tried to accommodate an early check in for us which was commendable, they also were very helpful when we needed anything, didn’t rush us during our checkout either. Clean and neat rooms, good breakfast, nice staff, overall a great experience and very very good value for money.

The hotel rooms were very clean beds were super comfortable and had hot showers. The hotel staff were suuuper lovely and tried their best to make us comfortable as western tourists. Especially the kindness from Manzur who gave my friend with a cold some cold and flu tablets, organised poha for us for breakfast, answered my countless WhatsApp messages quickly and patiently and offered us a new room when we wanted one with better wifi connection. The location was very local and there was some construction going on which added to the experience. The chai walla downstairs was kind and made great chai. Main tourist spots are about a 15-25min drive away with very cheap and reliable Ubers available. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a budget hotel with HIGH STANDARDS.
