From reception to housekeeping to rakesh and friends at the Dome, breakfast and food at the restaurant....it was an experience that will be very difficult to forget....well done to everyone at the intercontinental. This is a hidden jewel in Mumbai. Located just a five-minute walk from UNESCO heritage sites and the walkway along the coast. We enjoyed the wonderful breakfast and the many varieties of foods offered. The hotel has been newly renovated and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful. We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay here. Will return! A touch of elegance at an affordable price!

I booked there because it is right next to cricket stadium where I was going to watch a test match. It was very convenient. But I found the place excellent. The staff was very obliging and friendly. The rooms were modest but they were also modestly priced and they were just what I was expecting. Excellent breakfast. Close to station and dining options.
