I was sceptical in booking it, but took my chances and wasn't disappointed. The home owner and support staff are just amazing people. Would highly recommend and love to return again here.

I was impressed by the readiness of the members of the staff to go an extra mile and make the stay of the guests as comfortable as possible. When leaving the hotel it was obvious to me that the expectations for the standard of service was set high by Trident and it will be extremely difficult for any of the other hotels to match it. This has proven to be true.

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly - cant fault them. They helped with our train tickets and onward travel and made the entire stay easy.
The location was also excellent. Just away from the main roads, but within 20 minutes walk of Inida gate.
