My 5th stay here was exceptional, thanks to Duty Manager Mahima's outstanding service. She personally handled my late checkout extension, provided excellent dining recommendations that kept us dining in-house, and showed genuine care throughout our stay.
Her professionalism and attention to detail elevated the entire experience. The housekeeping team impressed us with handwritten welcome notes and beautiful origami touches. Everything exceeded expectations - spotless rooms, great location, excellent food quality, and staff who truly go above and beyond.
