The facilities, large variety in the breakfast spread, clean spacious rooms and bathroom. A TV screen while having a bath. The little practical alarm clock/charging Dock on the bedside table allowed us to charge our powerbanks, and the amazing linen and pillows made the biggest difference. The staff are ALL wonderful. The travel desk manager went above and beyond, and it was such a breeze to make arrangements for us or to translate to our uber drivers.

staff are excellent and rooms etc are clean and well maintained If you do not wish to eat at the hotel, there is an amazing restaurant and bar next door named Akari. A little bit hard to spot from the street, but just walk down the laneway on the left of the hotel as you walk out, and you will find it.

The highlight of the hotel was the staff, smiling faces and great service all around. We were upgraded on the rooms and they were excellent. I remember visiitng the Diamond during college and it brought back great memories. The breakfast spread was excellent and the choices were widespread, from continental to local Pune delicacies. A place I would surely like to visit again....once again a big Hurray to the staff on duty. KEEP IT UP!!!

Did not expect facilities that too in very good condition at such cheap price like AC, comfortable bed, clean and classy washroom, beautifully presented and tasty food. Staff courtesy and their personal attention to your smallest need is commendable. I would like to call out caretaker (Sumit) calm and pleasing attitude who helped me with booking etc.

Super kind staff and nice, clean hotel (we did have a private room). Washing machine and dryer on the rooftop were a great bonus and available for 250 Rs (including washing powder!). Shower gel and shampoo were provided as well.
