I stayed here on two occasions recently. The bedrooms were excellent, very spacious, both had balconies, air-conditioning. All the comforts necessary in fact. Very courteous, pleasant and friendly staff.

Fantastic and peaceful place with the sea view. You can enjoy the sound of the waves on the terrace. Very clean, staff is very professional and helpful. From one side it’s calm and quiet place very near the beach, from other side you can find big amount of different restaurants and shops in 10 min on tuk tuk or 15-20 min walking along the beach.

The manager was very helpful from the beginning. Was flexible with checkin and checkout times and made it easy for us to extend our stay one extra night. He also helped us book taxis to Munroe island and Trivandrum on a very short notice. The room was spacious enough and very clean. The property is walking distance from the beach.

The host was very nice and attentive, helped me with other things I needed that were not part of the booking such as a taxi to the airport. Compared to other places in Varkala, it was exceptionally quiet. The apartment was very clean and spacious, just a few minutes walk to Cafe Sarwaa and Trip is Life where I enjoyed good food and amazing views. There is also access to the beach through Cafe Sarwaa which was clean and without too many people and noise. I was just sad that I could not stay longer. I highly recommend this place!
