The property was clean, comfortable and functional exactly like on the pictures. Very well equipped, there was even coffe, sugar and milk. Close to the center, 10 min walk at the max with beautiful cafe und restaurants near the area. The addes value of the house is the owner, LARA, very friendly, positive and helpful. She gave us loat of local tips.

Really beautiful B&B, location was walking distance to main sights. Boiler & coffee machine in the room, selection of teas.. the place was besutifully decorated, super clean. The host who welcomed us gave us really good tips about what to see in Bologna. 100% recommended!

Great location, in the city center, with a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The host was reachable and friendly and we felt she gave her best to accommodate us in a professional way. Everything was clean and comfortable. We had some water, a few bottles of soda and cookies, coffee and tea at our discretion, even one piece of chocolate for each one of us - we really appreciated this and we thank Monica for this kind of treatment. No complaints, only appreciation for the host and the accommodation..

The location could not have been better, so central, yet private - simply perfect. The breakfast was fantastic, everything you would have wanted to start your day. The bed was extremely comfortable and the best linen I experienced in my 2 weeks travels, I wanted to take the pillows home!

The room was a good size, bed comfortable, all very clean and the shower is great. We didn’t pay for a breakfast voucher but that wasn’t a problem as there is a cafe nearby and a Pam supermarket just down the road. Also very secure environment.

The appartment was exceptionally clean, spacious and well furnished and eqipped.
It is in a good location walking distance to the old town and university.
It is a warm and a comfortable place to stay in winter.
The beds were good. The watter pressure was good. There are two bathrooms which was a bonus as the four of us shared the appartment.
It has a good view from the balcony.
And parking in the garage was a big bomus.
The kitchen was well equipped.
