Hotel is new. Hotel staff is really kind and helpfull. 15 minutes to center by walk and they got parking spot. So with car, its a life saver. Everything was great as a result.

I stayed at the hotel with my 4 year old son, and both of us fell in love with the place. We spent a lot of time reading/drawing/having snacks in the incredible Music room, and it felt like we were in a friend’s (extremely luxurious and grand) living room rather than in a hotel. The view from our window was also amazing, and overall it felt like the perfect place to stay in Florence, offering everything that draws the visitors to this city - history, style, art and beauty. But what made real difference was the people working at the hotel - warm, friendly and thoughtful. All our questions and requests were addressed without any delay and we were always greeted with a genuine smile. Even my 4 year old’s questions were treated very seriously, which did result in him wanting to come back to the reception “for a chat” at all hours (my apologies for that!). Special thank you to Dorina at reception - she really went out of the way to make our stay feel special! Will definitely be back!

The apartment was true to the pictures. Recently refurbished and decorated very homely. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Linda was a gracious host, such a lovely person. She accommodated us for an earlier check in and even helped us with locating the best restaurants in the area. Walkable distance to every tourist attraction and about a 20 minute walk to the main Firenze train station. There is a bus that takes you a 30 second walk away from the apartment but the walk is so much better as you pass the Basilica Di Santa Maria and all the local shops/restaurants. Very nice apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect!!! This property is very well taken care of, everything looks new and there is a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped (not that we wanted to cook!) and there is complementary coffee, tea, and even ingredientes to make a pasta meal! Super clean, excellent location and a very nice host. 100% recommended We will definitely stay here if we return to Florence
