The room I exactly as described. The staff were very helpful. They stored our bags and even took them to our rooms. We were provided with toiletries, coffee pods, a variety of tea bags as well little snacks. The host provided us with a map and information on things to do. The breakfast location suggested is excellent.

I booked this apartment as a gift for my brother and his wife for his birthday. They were absolutely delighted with it, from the excellent location to the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail. The materials and furniture are of the highest quality, and the staff was extraordinary. They helped me organize a surprise and decorated the room with balloons so that my brother and his wife would be pleasantly surprised upon entering the apartment. The communication was exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this apartment!

The apartment was true to the pictures. Recently refurbished and decorated very homely. The apartment was very clean and the beds were comfortable to sleep on. Linda was a gracious host, such a lovely person. She accommodated us for an earlier check in and even helped us with locating the best restaurants in the area. Walkable distance to every tourist attraction and about a 20 minute walk to the main Firenze train station. There is a bus that takes you a 30 second walk away from the apartment but the walk is so much better as you pass the Basilica Di Santa Maria and all the local shops/restaurants. Very nice apartment. Would definitely stay again.

Just perfect!!! This property is very well taken care of, everything looks new and there is a lot of attention to detail. The kitchen is very well equipped (not that we wanted to cook!) and there is complementary coffee, tea, and even ingredientes to make a pasta meal! Super clean, excellent location and a very nice host. 100% recommended We will definitely stay here if we return to Florence
