Everything in the Condo it is excellent, finely decorated and very well set, the beds very confortable, It has anti-noise windows and black out curtains. Raquel's attention was excellent, always awaiting any request, she provided us with a map and information about Florence, It has a coffee machine with enough cartridges for our days of lodging, nice detail.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location was perfect, steps away from Basilica of Santa Croce—, making it so convenient to get around. Despite being centrally located, the apartment was incredibly quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The space itself was spotless—cleanliness was clearly a top priority.
