Great hotel in the heart of Florence. The hotel is located in the middle between the Duomo and the Vecchio Palace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect daily cleaning of the room. Breakfast A la carte, 7 types of dishes on the menu, two of them sweet. We liked everything very much.

I loved tihs hotel, me and my husbund and our friends went to Florence for my birthday. When I said this, they upgradet our room and wasn't took cost. All stafs was very kindly, friendly and cheerful to us. Hotel location is very close turistic area, we could go everywhere walking. If we go to Florence again, we will prefer to stay this hotel.
