Just gorgeous. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable, with good recommendations for local food and sightseeing, the room was comfortable and large with beautiful views over the river. Breakfast was high quality and good variety.

We were welcomed perfectly from the first minute by Daniel, at reception, who gave us a wonderful upgrade. Our room had a wonderful view of the Duomo of Firenze. We will always remember our stay at Hotel La Gemma.

The apartment is in the historical center of the city, the Duomo is visible from the window. Very clean, has everything you need (kettle, iron, washing machine, heating, air conditioning, hair dryer). The owner promptly responds to all requests. We liked!
