It's in the heart of the Town. Close to everywhere. Saad (owner) is really kind and helpful. Bus, tram stops are in the front of the building. Breakfast is really tasty and good.

Beautifully organized and decorated place with extremely lovely, friendly and helpful staff, close to all places you might want to visit (Coin shopping center, Mestre Centro tram/bus station, …), restaurants and bars just a few minutes from apartment. No complaints, it was perfect.

The B&B was exceptionally nice and clean as it is a new renovated place with bigger rooms and bathrooms. Very strategic place to live in Venice , as it takes only 20 mins from the place to Venice and Train / Bus is just outside the building. It's 20 mins to Venice Marco Polo airport and 10 mins from Mestre Station. So you live in the centre to move to main attractions as well as in and out of Venicemoore conveniently. Also its less expensive than Venice. The hosts couple are very great & kind and will attend to all your need. Salute to them

5 min walk to tram station that takes you straight into Venice. When you get off at Marco Polo airport go straight to the public transport kiosk and buy a 2-3 day public transport ticket. It will save you so much money!! You can use all public transport with this ticket as much as you like. We had a small kitchen to make our own breakfast saving you money. Eating out in Mastre in the evening will save you money. About €70 for a good meal few beers and wines. In the evening the high street outside is very lively especially at the weekend, but the people are really friendly. Overall we had amazing 4 days!!

Katia is the most amazing host I have ever met. She is something between a master chef and a super host. Extremely kind and hospitable. The breakfast was at the level of a 5 star restaurant, specially arranged and decorated for us. The rooms are very spacious and perfectly clean down to the smallest detail. Very very comfortable beds. Perfect location, 3-minute walk from the bus and tram stop. Thank you, Katia 🥰 I strongly recommend :)
