Everything perfect. Room clean, and had everything you needed and even a few complementary things (a basket of fruit, bottles of water, coffee and tea), the location was ideal, just in front of bus and tram stop, that takes you directly to Venice. But what made this experience even better was the manager of the B&B. Saad was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and was incredible with the kids.

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Mestre, Venice! The location is in a peaceful part of town, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The tram stop is just a short walk away, making it super easy and affordable to get to Venice. The owner is an absolute gem. She runs a charming toy shop in the same building and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. She answered all our questions and even helped us arrange a taxi to the airport. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a quiet, convenient place to stay near Venice!

The B&B was exceptionally nice and clean as it is a new renovated place with bigger rooms and bathrooms. Very strategic place to live in Venice , as it takes only 20 mins from the place to Venice and Train / Bus is just outside the building. It's 20 mins to Venice Marco Polo airport and 10 mins from Mestre Station. So you live in the centre to move to main attractions as well as in and out of Venicemoore conveniently. Also its less expensive than Venice. The hosts couple are very great & kind and will attend to all your need. Salute to them

Not to mention a very well designed and functional space, Katia helped a lots on our last minute accommodation and extraordinary breakfast, as well the clear instructions that we can find the space in late night. She’s so thoughtful that the old house might have some inevitable noise so it’s polite to be gently enter in late night. 🤍
