The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.
They provided us with good Restaurant recommendations, were always available and the room Service was great!
Because you have to reserve the Spa everyday it was always quiet and relaxed. The breakfast was also great!
Overall a really fair price-value ratio!

Loved this place. The small touches were huge, including soap, soft towels, comfy beds, having drinks in the fridge and coffee. Wow, yes, this is how it should be done. Will seek out the Numa brand in the future!

Everything was 100% perfect, from the encounter with Giorgio, the manager, who had everything ready at my arrival. His full set of recommendations and instruction were great.
The place is in an old classical Milano "Palazzo", very nice and the facilities are very well preserved and renovated.
I was confused because I thought I read in the description that the pick up from the airport was included, but I can understand that this must have been a mistake. Typical italian "breakfast", a capuccino and a pastry was included, although because of an oversight I didn't get to the rael place, fully my fault. All in all, great! I will stay Household Settembrini no doubt, if I return to Milano.

It is close to the train station and the subway station, and Milan Duomo is three stops away. There is a free 24-hour snack bar in the hotel lobby, so you can always use it. All the staff were kind and I was able to stay in a good mood.
