Breakfast is excellent according to the usual European standard. There are lots of choices of bread and croissants; some hot food items such as bacon, red bean sauages; and milk, soy milk, and cereal and different kind of yogurts also. They even provide juicer for us to make fresh apple and celery juice. Coffee and cappuccino are very good too.
The location is great. It is extremely close to the Milan central station making it very accessible. It is 4-train-stops from dumo taking the yellow line. We were able to take train to Florence from there with our 28 itches baggages.

The room was a great size and very comfortable. Our host was very accommodating and offered to hold our bags while we continued exploring after check out. One day we had to leave extra early for a tour, he had packed us some breakfast so we didn't lose the complimentary breakfast, which was a very lovely and considerate touch. Close to trams and buses and a 6 minute walk from the metro, it's also about a 7 minute walk away from Milano Centrale. A GREAT place for anyone who wants to stay in Milan!

I honestly think the photos don't do it justice. It is so much better in person, and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was as well; it had all you needed. Also, the walk-in closet was amazing.
The check-in process was one of the smoothest so far. It was all automatic; everything was communicated beforehand, and we were in our room in less than 5 minutes.
There was also housekeeping every day, so it was always clean.
Location-wise, it was also great. The metro was 5-10 minutes' walk, and there was a stop for the tram 2 minutes away. It was also a lively area with lots of restaurants.
