Fabulous property Met by owner Maria who showed us around the property, helped with tourist information,even had a cold bottle of wine in the fridge and a lovely bowl of fresh fruit and a supply of pod coffee Apartment very central and beautifully furnished Great atmosphere in the local side streets for dining etc Maria also provided our driver Gino from the airport to apartment Maria very approachable and contactable during stay Couldn’t have asked for anything better

Exceptional accommodation. The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is a little elevator that takes you up. They allowed us to store our luggage before check-in. Our room was exceptional, comfortable, large and had an extremely comfortable bed with memory foam pillows. The bathroom was a little on the small side, but a nice temperature controlled shower, big fluffy towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryer. The room had a bar fridge with water available and a safe in the cupboard. We had a lovely balcony and air-conditioning. We had a very early morning ferry to Ischia, and although they only serve breakfast from 08h00, they were so accommodating and provided us with yoghurt, coffee, tea, juice, toast & jam before we left. The next morning we had the full breakfast, and it was stunning. The location is perfect and easy to reach the port, train and funicular. If you like walking, the promenade is within easy reach and there are a lot of restaurants within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend the accommodation.

One of the best home stays I have ever experienced. We really appreciated the hospitality of the host lady. She really respected our privacy, but if we need any advice or help, she was more than happy to help us. Since we did not include breakfast in our plan, we took out croissants of the famous café adjacent to the house and had them at her house. She prepared the lovely setting for our breakfast. She provided several selections of tea and/or coffee. The kitchen was also available. The interior of her house is well designed with authentic furniture. (Particularly, I love the bed mattress very much.) I feel her affections throughout her house. We were very lucky to have a chance to stay such an authentic property and could get acquainted with the elegant and warm hearted lady. The experience of staying her house definitely gives us the best memories of our 2 week trip in Italy.

The room is in a renovated apartment and we had everything we needed. Giancarlo is an exceptionally caring host. There is a kitchen off the bedroom and there were all sorts of Italian breakfast snacks available. The building is close to the world famous Teatro San Carlo plus lots of shops, restaurants and cafes. Go out the back way and you are in the narrow typical Neapolitan streets that you squeeze-share with cars. A real adventure!

Skyhouse Chiaia is located in Naples, right on Via Chiaia street. Each room at this bed and breakfast is air conditioned and features a flat-screen TV.
