We loved our stay at B&B La Cumana. I shall start with the lovely welcome from Gino who directed us to the main attractions in Napoli and recommended the best places to eat in the area. He was very attentive and responsive with our requests. It was raining during our stay and he kindly offered us one of his umbrellas which was much appreciated! The room was very nice and we liked the fact that was cleaned every day. The location is very good, by the metro station Montesanto (2 stops away from Napoli Centrale; direct train to Pompeii, 5 minutes walking away from Via Toledo)

Very clean, big and comfortable apartament, all equipment present (fridge, oven), even air condition. The lady doesn't speak english but we managed to communicate.

Super clean room, and very accommodating owners.

The host was amazing he helped us know a lot of city gems and the rooms were very clean. The location is perfect because it is some minutes walking to the beach and only one minute to the train station. The area is safe and the whole building had a great security. The parkings are available too but it is better to get a small car if you rent one.

Loved the welcome we got and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Excellent varied breakfasts and the B&B was very clean. The provided Aircon is essential and having a fridge to store our drinks is a masterstroke. The hosts were very patient with our language barrier and helped use translation tools to pass on information about such things as our early checkout. Very well situated in some respects, as a supermarket, bakery and tasty pizzeria are literally yards away and close to the funicular which is essential for access to the more touristy areas without having to navigate hills and demented vespa drivers. The hotel is very close to the funicular stop, we found it quickly using the map. Very nice design, very clean, comfortable temperature in the room, all amenities are in the room But I would like to note the humanity of the hotel owner, since we arrived before check-in time and thought that we would leave our luggage and go for a walk, but our baby fell asleep because he was very tired from the whole week of endless trip , and the owner kindly allowed us to put the baby to bed in the room that was ready for us. We are very thankful🫶🏻🤗

The entire apartment was very clean, and impecable white sheets and towels. Kitchen as described, with cutlery, mugs, glasses for watter, wine, set of plates and small bowles, a salad bowl, pans and a skillet, all of good quality and new. The bathroom large enough, with window, so it can be aired, everything clean, no strange smells. In the small cabinet above the sink there were even some toiletries+the hair dryer. There is everything you would expect to find in this small but complete apartment, and more than that! The A/C (I used the heating) in the livingroom is powerful enough to serve the entire space of the apt. The bed, situated above the livingroom is reached through a spiral staircase. I found the bed very confortable, as well as the pillows, which gave my neck a much better support than the ones I have at home :) ! On each side of the bed there night tables and a big plus - which you don't find usualy in rented flats - night lamps on the wall, with corresponding switches, including one for the ceiling lamp, so that you don't need to find your way to bed in the dark! Also the lights between the 2 levels have "crossed" switches near the staircase. I have rarely seen such attention to details as in this place! In some hotels, but at much higher price! The wifi is very good, reliable! The "cherry on the cake" was the host himself, Maurizio! He went beyond and above to make my stay there as confortable as possible. Firstly, when I asked him to come pick me up at a point from where Google Maps was giving unclear indications to the apartment's location, and it was dark, I was very tired, he appeared in 3 min In the apartment, Cristmas decorations and 2 bottles of wine and watter on the table! It was the Christmas evening (Dec. 24th). He gave me indications about everything I can find in the area, and went with me to the supermarket. Next day helped me recover 3 items I had forgotten at the cashier after paying them.

The apartment is lovely, set up like a home, not a basic rental apartment. It is very very clean. Kitchen is fully set up, with coffee and some breakfast. The main bedroom is big, with an ensuite and a walk in wardrobe. The view from the terrace is amazing, and u can see all naples till the vessuvius. It is located 2 mins away from the funicular which takes u to montesanto, a couple of minutes away from spanish quarters and via toledo.
