It was the second time we stayed here. As the first time it was such a pleasant stay. Davide gave us a warm welcome. The room was nice and clean. What I really like about this place is that you’re in a good location close to everything and yet it’s nice and quiet. We also enjoyed the closed parking at the villa. The staff is very attentive and friendly.

This is a perfect place to stay in Napoli. Folly Apartment is in a perfect location- 2 metro stations nearby, the building has a porter and the main door is locked. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Flavio is the best host you can have- smiley, gives a lot of information about what to visit, and very good advice about the restaurants. He also left a very nice coffee and breakfast for use. Metro L1, station Salvator Rosa /1 min from the apartment/, is on the way to all interesting places. I highly recommend the place to stay. My family would come back again.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment in Naples! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore all the major attractions. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and had a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The host was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved the beautiful balcony with a view. If you're looking for a great place to stay in Naples, I highly recommend this apartment!

Everything was good 10 out of 10 perfect room. Very nice and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Fabio our host was very kind person. He helped us a lot. If have car there is so many parking places near the house.

Everything you can ask for from a boutique hotel you can find here: great location, with easy access to metro & funicular, great view, very clean, bright and tidy rooms, plentiful breakfast, elegant premises and connected to the historical church, nice terrace for a night cup, etc. But - the best feature of all is the EXCEPTIONAL staff, starting with the best concierge I have ever met, Luigi! He is so informative, so on point with everything you need to know that he can make or complete your entire holiday. Everybody else is helpful, always smiling and trying to make you feel comfortable in a subtle and polite way - it feels like you are home here. We've spent five great days here and we're definitely coming back!

Sergio’s attention to detail is something to behold. This wonderful apartment has everything you could possibly need and the level of finishing is spot-on. Sergio’s communications were crystal clear including many, many recommendations to help us make the most of our stay in Naples. Welcoming wine, sweets and fridge contents were just too much!! Sergio took the time to greet us and explain a few essentials. Plenty of restaurants in this part of town (Vomero) including Sergio’s recommendations.
