The room was very big and nicely decorated. The bed was exceptionally comfortable. Very, very clean and neat hotel. Francesca is a wonderful host, so thoughtful and generous. The hotel is located in of the most busiest streets in the old town, but you don’t hear a thing when you are in the room.

First thing, Sergio is really nice guy, he even came to pick us up at the bus station and as we were walking to the apartment he showed us some attractions and gave us a few recommendations for good places to eat. The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, near everything you want to see in Palermo, in the heart of the historic part of the city. Street and the neighbourghood are very safe, there are lots of bars and restaurants, very vibrant. Apartment is facing inner yard of the building so it is not noisy at all. We slept very well. Apartment was clean and has everything you need.

Excellent location, very friendly staff, the balkony doors are really good so at night it is very quiet even if you are in the middle of the historical center. Close to all the main attactions and streets, we went everywhere by foot.
