They let us check in 1,5 hours earlier and provided us with very useful recommendations list. Staff members are attentive, polite and helpful. Location is convenient. The room was clean and comfortable with nice balcony.

The building is located in a beautiful tree filled street, just a few blocks down of the more touristic areas. Luckily for us, we found a free parking spot in a close by street, so we only had to walk 10-15 minutes to visit the different attractions. At night we had dinner at one of the restaurants on Via Principe de Belmonte, very close to the building. The apartment itself felt like walking inside home from the first minute, with many amenities, decorated with great taste and a few complimentary products that were there waiting for us. I will recommend to stay at this place to my family and friends!

Excellent accommodation in centre of Palermo, everything was really close - centro storico about 5 min by walk, cathedral 15 mins, apartment was huge with very comfortable bed, big bathroom and every day was perfectly clean, breakfast was basic with some pastries and toasts, ham cheese, but for us sufficient. Special thanks is for Veronica for her approach , she was very helpful with itinerary, tips for bars, restaurants also with rent car. Thank you for special experience, next time in Palermo we want to be accommodate again here.

Good location, very nice apartment. Main street is just a fee blocks away. Check in was very smooth and easy, good communication with the host. Access is managed with codes (very convinient). We also had a small breakfast that was nice.

Manuela was extremely helpful and gave us great suggestions of places to visit or eat in Palermo. There was plenty of coffee and there were also cereals and breads for breakfast in the common area and kitchenette.
