This is by far one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in. The staff are the most courteous and helpful and go above and beyond for you. Vincenzo the manager is just brilliant and couldn't do enough for us on our stay. The ladies on reception Gabriella and Carmen couldn't have been more helpful. The waiting staff in the restaurant were fabulous. The shuttle bus taking you down to Positano is always available and just a call away. They use whattsapp messenger and are always on hand for anything you need. The views are stunning, the room was so beautiful with very high end appliances including Smeg Kettle and Smeg Coffee Maker along with a Dyson hairdryer. They have thought of everything. This level of service is outstanding and the hotel is rated as 4* but having stayed there i can say for sure it deserves a 5* status. My stay here was just amazing overall.

Five Positano Hotel was even better than we expected! Everything is brand new, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh, high-quality options that set us up perfectly for the day. The combination of comfort, warm hospitality, and great food made our stay truly memorable. I arrived in Amalfi on a windy and rainy day. A nice guy picked me up and help me with my luggage to the room. My single room faces the sea and has a panoramic view of Amafi Cliff on both sides. The location is perfect for me because bus station and ferry port is just downstair. The room is very clean and much better than the photos on Bookings. Maddalena is very kind and hospitable. She lented her umbrella because I did not bring one with me. She recommended two great restaurants of local food and help me with the order even after work. I highly recommend Baia and I already miss it! Amafi is a transportation core to towns along the coast. I went to Ravello by bus and took ferry to Capri. It is really worth to stay here for one or more nights.

Hotel Cristina overlooks the wonderful Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius. Enjoy a restful, pleasant holiday, just 1.2 km from the centre of Sorrento.

The room was comfortable with an amazing view of sea from balcony, the host Anna was very nice she is always available to guide you and give recommendations to organize your visit for nearby places, the property provide a very good breakfast. I highly recommend this place
