Great location near the main town area and the seafront. Warm approach at the reception. Friendly staff at the breakfast. They offer one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen, both in quality and quantity. Spacious room, nicely decorated, clean. The garage spaces are not spacious, but the garage is convenient and camera-monitored, high security feeling.

Homie is a newly renovated hotel under new management. The room is nice and convenient, with touch light switches which is a nice touch (pun intended) though for travelers reaching for the light switch in the middle of the night - it might be less intuitive - as you have to look at it to switch the right light.
The bed is comfortable and the room was super clean.
Location is very convenient to walk down to the beach, the boardwalk, and up and down the main street where almost all the restaurants are.
The hotel has a steam iron you can get from the reception desk which was a life saver!
The breakfast (a nice surprise as I wasn't sure it had any) is a box with juice, a mini bun with ham & cheese, a croissant and coffee from the coffee machine. All in all not bad though there's room for improvements.

Hotel Open in Rimini exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is just perfect — only a short walk from the beach, yet pleasantly away from the main hustle and bustle, which makes it peaceful and relaxing.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel is designed with great taste and attention to detail — modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were truly exceptional: fresh, delicious, and impressively varied — a real highlight of the stay!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rimini. If I ever come back, I would love to stay here again without a doubt!

The hotel was quite good, the room was spacious and modernly furnished.There was a steam bath facility in the bathroom, that was pretty good. It is located 5 minutes from the beach. The staff was friendly. The rooms were cleaned every day with care. The breakfast was good and varied. We would definitely visit it again.
