Great location near the main town area and the seafront. Warm approach at the reception. Friendly staff at the breakfast. They offer one of the best breakfast buffets I have ever seen, both in quality and quantity. Spacious room, nicely decorated, clean. The garage spaces are not spacious, but the garage is convenient and camera-monitored, high security feeling.

The location of the hotel is in the first line looking at the sea and the beautiful promenade. The breakfast was lovely and very diverse(omlettes and fried eggs made by request, lots of cakes, pancakes,tarts), the room is one of the most beautiful hotel room we’ve been before, and the seaview was great even though we didn’t have frontal view! Everything you need at the minibar, coffee and tea in the room, spa robes and sleepers, body lotion and lots of shower gels, shampoo of good quality!

The staff was great and very helpful, 💯, helping us sending some urgent documents, in a personal matter.The location was near the beach ( 5 min walking)and restaurants, the room was clean, modern furniture and very well equipped. The breakfast was great, having lots of choices and good coffe.

It's a modern and comfortable hotel, near the beach (2 minutes walk) and near Piazza Kennedy, a place where are frequently organised events and social gatherings. In Piazza Kennedy you can find also the bus station for a local bus and a bicycle rental shop, which is very helpful and fun, because the city and also nearby cities have bicycle lanes along the beach. The hotel is at 15 minutes walk from the central train station and 20 minutes from city center.
The room and bathroom are very clean and, because we had a longer stay (7 nights), we received also a room upgrade. The Starbucks coffee station was very helpful in the morning, having various types of coffee, which you can pay directly by card (1.5 - 2.00 euro).

This might be the best costumer experience I've had. Marco is simply amazing, the communication was flawless, he accommodated all of our requests and gave us amazing recommendations for restaurants and things to see/do. If we go back to Rimini we'll stay here again.
The breakfast was abundant and varied. The room was clean with a nice balcony. Great value for money.

Hotel Open in Rimini exceeded all my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is just perfect — only a short walk from the beach, yet pleasantly away from the main hustle and bustle, which makes it peaceful and relaxing.
Everything was spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel is designed with great taste and attention to detail — modern, stylish, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were truly exceptional: fresh, delicious, and impressively varied — a real highlight of the stay!
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Rimini. If I ever come back, I would love to stay here again without a doubt!
