we had a wonderful stay at roman residence. the person in charge, massimo is super helpful, with his advice, i managed to eat the best carbonara in my life. it’s yummy. the room is clean, small and cozy. toilet is clean. bed is comfortable. breakfast is good, with cereal, ham, bread, cheese, free flow of coffee and tea. as the common area is small, we need to bring the breakfast to our room, a different kind of experience. everything is good. the location is super convenient, we could walk to most of the attractions. would strongly recommend this hotel if you ever come to rome. one more surprise i got it from roman residence - free soft drinks and beer is given to us. and free mineral water everyday. it’s really thoughtful

The design is so nice, Valeria is very friendly and helpful. We even got free peach drink and sparkling water :D I can store my luggage at the property as well, so is really convenient for us, the location is strategic, down the hotel they have this Korean buffet and is very good 👍 is walkable distance as well from the hotel to Roma termini so is very convenient

Our short stay here was lovely.
The location of the apartment is very convenient, just 15 minutes by walking to Colosseum. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. Metro Manzoni literally 2 minutes away.
The apartment itself has everything you might need for a short or long stay. It was very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend!
