Maurizio was so friendly, made our experience that much nicer. Location is great - easy to get around Rome for sightseeing. Clean, great aircon and netflix. Would definitely return if I were to come back to Rome.

GREAT hosts: they kept in continuous contact before my arrival and have thought about everything. You will even find a essential cosmetic products if you don't have your own and ear plugs. The room is large and very clean with air conditioning! The property is very easily accessible (by metro or bus and entry straight from the street). The room was just wonderful. Stayed with my husband in early September. The room is insanely clean, the owner is friendly, she cleaned every day. The kitchen has everything you need for a snack or breakfast. In addition to the necessary things, there was even shaving foam in the room) Very convenient location. It's about 10 minutes to walk from the metro, and it's a few stops to the colosseum by subway. Thank you very much Barbara for the reception, next time we will definitely stay at your place)

Lisa is an incredible host. The place was spotless and worth the value for what we paid. Breakfast across the street was great as well. Although it is not a central location, I would choose to stay here for a future trip to Rome as it is easy to get around to destinations by public transport.
