Excellent location right near the pantheon. Room very clean with great air con. Bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and professional. easily accessible to popular tourist attractions. Perfectly situated. I have been to Rome before and we used the hop on hop off busses as a way to get around the city. Every major landmark was walkable from this location. We ended up using our hop on hop off to get from the main Rome train station to get closer to the hotel and that was it! We could have done the walk easily, but figured we'd be tired after our train ride. The rooftop is gorgeous! There is also two amazing food places nearby!

Santivo Apartments was everything I hoped for and more. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk to all the major sights, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home.
