The stay was amazing, we had a very incredible room with all things needed. The location is great as you are living in the city centre, all the famous places were in 5-10 min by walk. The breakfast is served in room with a great amount of choice. Big thanks to Faruq, who was all the time with us , he was very reachable, polite and always ready to help with anything. He made the stay at the hotel very pleasant . We highly recommend this residence for those who like good service , good location and quiet staying.

Everything was wonderful! The welcome from Denis was beyond amazing! He was so helpful, made us feel very welcome. He helped carry our luggage. He explained everything perfectly. The room was great. We wish we had booked our whole stay in Rome at this place. We will tell all our friends and family how great La Residenza is . This morning Denis took us to the taxi rank and carried our luggage (again) and waved us goodbye. Please tell him we really enjoyed our stay, and give him our thanks.

We stayed at Sant’Ivo Apartments and were absolutely delighted! The apartment was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, close to all the main sights, yet peaceful and quiet. A special highlight was the beautiful terrace overlooking the dome of Sant’Ivo alla Sapienza — a true oasis of calm. Morning coffee and an evening glass of wine there felt like little celebrations. It’s the kind of place where you can truly feel the spirit of Rome. The hosts were very attentive, always available and helpful. It was the most fragrant hotel I’ve stayed at..! Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff. The design is amazing - the way they integrated modern and ancient elements left me truly speechless.. And the breakfast was also perfect.

The staff are all super nice and helpful, the reception lady helped us check in early so that we can relax a while after 12h flight, that really makes our day. Breakfast is also perfect with great service. Room is larger than what i expected, everything is comfortable and we enjoyed every minute there. Also, the elevator. Some comments says it’s too old and less convenient, but I find it charming and fascinating to experience, like a movie scene:)
