The staff are the best in all aspects--kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. The interior design of the whole building is just playful and very pleasing to the eyes. Spotlessly clean bathrooms. Situated within the city center and only a few minutes away from the Roma Termini.

Must choose this hotel when you stay in Rome! 5 minutes distance to the train. Staff is very nice and helpful us prepare breakfast as we go out early before breakfast time. Room is big with basilica church view. The water pressure is big for shower. The best hotel among my Italy trip.

Great location. Second time staying in via Urbana. A ten minute walk from Colosseum and the Roman Forum.
The room was cosy. Nice bathroom, no wet floor when taking a shower.
Everything in the fridge was included in the price (juices, water, refreshments) and every morning they would bring us a basket with croissants and bread for breakfast.

There was a small bottle of Prosecco in our room as a gift. Santos was feeding us with chocolate and candy every morning :) the location is amazing, literally 1 min to Collessium. People were great. There was a balcony in the room with an amazing city view. I strongly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing one-week stay at this hotel in Rome. The location is perfect—centrally situated with easy walking access to major attractions like the Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, and Piazza Navona. My partner and I were able to explore most of the city on foot, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The rooms were spotless and pleasantly cool, which was a huge plus given the warm weather during our visit. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the daily complimentary fruits and bottled water. Overall, a fantastic stay that really enhanced our Roman holiday.
