I give 10 points for the incredibly cozy stay in the apartment. Absolutely new, clean, bright apartment with a balcony that overlooks the courtyard. The owners made sure that there were all the amenities of the stay, right down to the slippers like in a hotel. I am very happy with my choice and will definitely recommend it to my friends. There is a bar next to the apartment and a supermarket around the corner. Inexpensive restaurants and cafes are within a two-minute walk. The owner of the apartment is very nice and always in touch. Finding the keys to the apartment was not a problem. The owner took care of our arrival time in advance. I am incredibly grateful to her!

This was a perfect place for me to stay during a week long congress at Sapienza. It was clean, spacious, and functional. The AC worked very well which was one of the main concerns in Augsut! The flat has everything I needed, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, spacious fridge, big wardrobe, washing machine. Easy check in and smooth communication. I would come back.

The apartment is modern, very clean and well equipped. There are nearby supermarket or food establishments if you opt to cook or buy food or eat out. Brilliant apartment conveniently located for Rome Termini station. It had everything we needed and we loved the way the historic building has been modernised. We were particularly grateful for the early check in. It was clean and comfortable and we would definitely recommend it.

The apartment is very clean (sheets, pillowcases and toilets are clean). The kitchen is equipped, Is located a bus station and supermarket. We had everything we needed and really enjoyed our stay. I'm sure we'll be back

The host was very friendly meeting us at the apartment. Vine complement and some biscuits were nice. Kitchen equipment and all the housing staff was fully available. The location is great - 30 min nice work to Colosseum, transport to the city center is also close. Train station for Italian and international travels and airport buses are 15 min walk. Cheep and tasty pizzeria with lots of locals is just by the corner
